I included a revised cover letter as well. The remainder of the information provided in the original application remains valid. (Cherri - I also filled in the correct buffer section, thanks for the catch and understanding.) Please let me know if this digital copy is sufficient or if you need paper copies. Description of Activitv: Proposed is the development of a commercial office complex on the properties. Based on PCN and other documents submitted to our office on August 12, 2013 and updated on August 22, 2013, along with an August 13, 2013 site visit to confirm accuracy of a 2002 jurisdictional determination (SAW- 2002 - 21494), planned development will avoid impacts to waters of the U.S. This determination applies only to the proposed development as described in the documents described above and as shown on the attached "Overall Site Plan". Areas on the property outside of the proposed development were not evaluated. Jurisdictional features may exist outside the evaluated area, but still within the property boundaries. All future work within jurisdictional waters must have prior approval of the USAGE. Your work as proposed does not require Department of the Army authorization for the following reason(s): There are no jurisdictional waters or wetlands within the boundaries of the property.
