Based on the information presented and the site visits, all of the above - referenced sites (or
appropriate portions of the sites, as documented in the closeout documentation) have inkthe
performance standards for nutrient offset and riparian buffer mitigation sites within the Neuse
(15A NCAC 02B .0240 and .0242(9)), Tar - Pamlico (15A NCAC 02B 0260(9)), Catawba (15A
NCAC 02B .0244), and Randleman Lake (15A NCAC 02B .0252) buffer mitigation
requirements.
The NCEEP is relieved from any further monitoring requirements under the above - referenced
rules Please note that you are required to maintain accurate ledgers for all of these projects, and
these ledgers must be available for review upon request.
