Comments: In accordance with General Permit Part F, RFPC shall submit quarterly Discharge
Outfall Monitoring Reports which summarizes analytical monitoring of the site's
single outfall. On July 29, 2021 RFPC electronically submitted and mailed the DMR
covering the period of July 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021. However, in this
DMR RFPC omitted reporting for Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD). Thus, the
attached DMR shows the COD result for the period covering July 1, 2021 thought
September 30, 2021. The COD result was 72.0 mg/L — less than the benchmark
value of 120 mg/L.
