requestingya 403 Water, Quality,Certification and' Buffer Authorization from'the Division foryour °project, and
on August, 23, 2013 we received additional information. 'The application is,still incomplete and,is on =hold
until the following two items are received:
Please provide a site plan show'ing;strearns and protected riparian buffers as overlays�onthe site plan:
Zone 1 and Zone 2 of the riparian buffer must be differentiated on this plan. Enumerate all stream
and riparian buffer impacts on the site plan and clearly label impacts. These impacts must then
correspond to the impacts listed'in the application I understand this site plan was,di'scussed with
Cherri Smith of my staff, but we didn't see this plan included with the,most- recent submittal.
2., Per the,req,uirements of,,the TaNPamlico� Riparian_ BufferiRule, you must show. thatthis,site meets
diffuse flow requirements \niith a level 'spreader-'Vegetated filter strip or othe_r'BMP per Chap,terS of
the BMP`M'anual (see http: // portal .ncdenr.org /web /wq /ws /su /bmp- manual).
Pursuant to Title. 15A.NCAC,02H .0502(c),and:TitIe15A NCAC 026 :0259 (8), the applicant shall furnish ,all�ofxthe
above requested information for the, proper consideration of the application. 'If all of the, requested
