RR'fiN On July 24, 2006, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application dated June 7, 2006 to wetlands to construct roadways, boat ramp, and utilities to provide for access to and the use of single-family lots in a proposed residential subdivision. The US Army Corp of Engineers has notified the DWQ that the current projects that you have submitted has been elevated.into one project and reviewed under their 1980000291 permit process. Therefore the DWQ will review this project as one application submitted as a CAMA Major for impacts to wetlands, waters, and riparian buffers within the entire proposed subdivision. The DWQ will withdraw the original application requesting wetland impact approval under General Certification 3404. The DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact protected wetland, streams and/or buffers on the subject property. Therefore, unless we receive the additional information requested below, we will have to move toward denial of your application as required by 15A NCAC 2H .0506 and 2B .0259(8) and will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this additional information. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project. Additional Information Requested: Please provide calculations for total impacts to wetlands, waters, and Tar-Pamlico Riparian Buffers for the entire project. Please provide the diffuse flow provision measures on the site plan and submit diffuse flow provision measure worksheets (e.g. level spreaders, drainage easements) and a signed and notarized Operations and Maintenance Agreement. Please submit a response to this letter to the DWQ within four weeks of the date of this letter to continue the permitting review of your project. If we do not hear from you within four weeks, we will assume that you no longer want to pursue this project and we will consider the project as withdrawn. This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers.
