Mr. Boss,

This letter is in response to your 10-4-21 letter to Springdale Country Club attached.

Per your letter we exceeded the BOD daily limit of 45 mg/L with an 80.4 mg/L on
8-31-21. We have been getting around 80 mg/L BOD hits for various systems we operate
around the same period with a non-detect the following week. We utilize a third-party
lab for our laboratory analysis and have asked the lab to review the results. We did have
flooding of the area the prior week that could have elevated the BOD.

We will continue to monitor and adjust the system as needed for compliance.
