Anthony,
Per our discussion, the OCVFD retaining wall will be a conventional pile supported vinyl sheet pile wall with
deadmen etc… We were told by the builder to expect an 18 inch finished wall. Please adjust our PCN
application to reflect this change. Thank you for your continued assistance.
