A. Application (15A NCAC 02T .0105):
Per 15A NCAC 02T .0106, permit applications shall be signed by a principal executive officer of
at least the level of vice-president or his authorized agent. Delegation of authority to sign permit
applications to other authorized employees or any employee in a specific position can also be
provided in writing to the Division and signed by an authorized signature authority. Please provide
an application signed by a vice-president or president or a delegation letter (attached) authorizing
Crystal Walters to sign on behalf of Point Emerald Villas Association, Inc.
