Inspection Summary:
On June 17, 2021, Division of Water Resources staff Fred Oelrich and Robert Tankard met with Town of Columbia Public
Works Department staff William Davenport (ORC) and Kenneth Coleson for a compliance inspection of the subject facility.
The inspection included a review of the facility's logbooks, records, reports, permit, and the map of the collection system.
The inspection also included a site visit to three of the Town's duplex pump stations
The deficiendies opserved during this compliance inspection include the following:
Deficiency #1 The CIP was not up to date.
Deficiency #2: LS#2 did not have operational have an operational alarm light.
