Describe the existing land use or condition of the site at the time of this application:* Trees and underbrush, no structure- an old boat house and pier are piled up on the shoreline. A large amount of trees have fell into the lake and more are on the verge. The northern bank is @ 8' high and is crumbling into the lake with several large trees getting ready to join the others that are already laying in the water. The bank elevation decreawses about 1':50' of run toward the southern shoreline where it becomes a shallow beach. Residential, undeveloped, etc. 6. Pro pertySize .77 Acres 7. Describe proposed work (include discussion as to how hardening of shoreline has been avoided, or why it is necessary): Remove the trees and old dock and boathouse from the water and premises and tie into the adjacent property Riprap barrier and continue it around the bank until it becomes beach and is no longer applicable. Then build a ramp to a boat house that would reach the only water deeper than 4 feet. Without these improvements the existing land will continue to cave into the lake filling it with the trees and the deposited soil that will eventually shallow the cove. 8.
