Inspection Summary:
A routine compliance inspection of Beacon's Reach WWTF was conducted on September 15, 2021. The purpose of the
evaluation was to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Permit
WQ0013676. Don and Karrie O'Mara were present during the inspection.
This facility is a 135,000 gpd reclaimed water generation system consisting of an extended aeration treatment plant with
approximately 12 acres of non -conjunctive spray area located throughout the Beacon's Reach development. Flow during this
summer season peaked to 110,000 gpd but averages around half of the permitted flow.
A review of files since last inspection in 2019, show eight NOVs issued for missing reports. All missing reports were
submitted. The permit expires on May 31, 2022. A renewal application will need to be submitted by December 1, 2021 (six
months prior to expiration).
The facility is compliant with Non -Discharge Permit WQ0013676. Please review the comment sections of the inspection
report for more details.
