Hey Kristin,
Thank you very much for getting this information for us. Yes, the letter from the Town of River Bend will suffice.
However, I’d highly recommend that EEP follow up with them each year and ask for a written report documenting the
BMP’s status and any maintenance they had to do. When I say “report”, a letter like the one you sent me would be
sufficient if there are no concerns or issues.

Katie,

Please find attached the Engineering Certification from the design engineer for the River Bend BMP. I believe all that
remains to be submitted for this project is a letter from the Town stating that they have been inspecting and maintaining
the BMP. I have attached a letter from the Town that they sent to me in July stating that they inspect the BMP frequently
and includes an update on the current condition of the BMP. This letter was included in the original report that was
provided to you in advance of the 8/21/13 meeting. Is more than this needed from the Town in order to close this project
out? Please let me know, and I’ll see what more I can get from them. EEP will continue to work with them to ensure they
submit routine maintenance/inspection forms to us as stipulated by our MOA.
