This project proposes the construction of a single-family residential
development including but not limited to, roadway infrastructure,
utilities, SCMs and residential lots. Currently, there are propose
stream and wetland impacts for a road crossing. The project is
approArnately 73 acres and is located off of NC 96 HWY in
Youngsville, NC. E)asting conditions onsite consists primarily of
forested land along with two (2) intermittent streams and one (1)
wetland feature.
