Hey Mike,
I have finalized my review of the Banished Bull As -Built Report received by Watershed Investments
NC on June 24, 2021. My comments are as follows:
1. As -Built Report Survey: Survey provided in the report is not compliant with the MBI. On
September 10, 2021, you provided a compliant survey, signed and sealed by a licensed
surveyor.
2. As -Built Project Credit Table: The credit table provided with the report is not accurate and
does not reflect the total credits generated at the site. On September 10, 2021, you
provided a revised credit table.
a. All area totals on the credit table match the signed/sealed survey totals (in square
feet). Therefore, DWR will use this credit table (see attached) to issue future credit
releases.
3. As -Built Report text does not reflect changes to credits based on the signed survey received
September 10, 2021. Therefore, DWR will not use credit totals represented in text within
the As -Built Report to issue future credits releases. All credit releases will be issued using
the credit totals as noted in comment #2a above.
4. Figure 3 (see attached): The figure does not have labels depicting feature types (Stream,
Ephemeral, etc). There should be labels on the figure as they are presented for feature
types shown in the project credit table. Please address accordingly and submit revised
documentation.
Please provide a response to all comments above where a response is required/needed. Include a
summary of all responses to comments above in one (1) comment summary memo and send the
response via email. Once DWR has received responses that adequately address the comments
above, DWR can proceed with a formal notification of approval of the As -Built Report. DWR has
already received a signed Monitoring Bond for the site. Once all comments are received, DWR will
proceed with issuance of the credit release for Task 3.
