State project 17BP.7.R.136 involves the replacement of the existing
NCDOT Bridge#400267 on SR 3336(Coble Church Road)over Climax
Creek. Bridge#400267 consists of 1 @32'-6"reinforced concrete deck
girders and abutments; reinforced concrete full height.The proposed
bridge consists of 1 @80'33"box beam with 4'-0"caps.The proposed
crossing is located in Zone AE of FIRM Map number 3710880000J and
was studied by Redelineated Study methods.Two stormwater outfalls are
proposed which will be placed at a distance to minimize disturbance to
adjacent stream and nearby buffers. Rip Rad pads will be utilized to
dissipate the energy. No deck drains are required for the proposed
bridge
