No PCN sets but a check for $240 was included. The correspondence states, "I have also discussed the project with Anthony Scarbraugh in the Washington NC office of DWR ". My plan is to return everything plus the fee & request the needed PCN sets. Based on what was sent in, I'm not able to set this up in BIMS.
