the project is 115 Residential Townhomes with accompanied parking, utilities, and stormwater system.
Specifically, the project has 78' of 8" DIP gravity sewer from the site and connecting to an existing
manhole in Angier Avenue. The total calculated wastewater amount flowing through the system will be
41,400 GPD (this flow will be permitted under a separate private permit) which includes all proposed
buildings and facilities on site. The system flows to a Durham County Pump Station via gravity and
eventually discharges to the Triangle WWTP.
Included in this package is the following:
• Fast track Sewer System Extension Application
• Flow Tracking for Sewer Extension Application
• Aerial Map of Site
• USGS Topo Map
• Utility Plans
• Check in the amount of $480.00
