I can account for those impacts in what they provided in the application. What that breakdown doesn't account for is the `Wetland Impact by Others' column on the plan sheet which amounts to 1714 sf or .039 ac. Those impacts are not accounted for in the Impact Summary table. I need to know what type of impact (Fill, HC, MC, etc.) this is. Thanks. Let me know your waiting questions concerning this project. As for Pitt 68 they are still looking into a response concerning that bridge. I am on • back from •s • Pitt 142. Looks like the total should be .05 and not .06. If you could provide me with the SF for permanent fill and mechanized clearing separately I think that would clarify things for Garcy. The summary sheet has 0.06 ac of Permanent Fill Wetland Impact, <0.01 ac of Excavation in Wetlands, and 0.03 ac of Mechanized Clearing in Wetlands. It is our understanding that all of these impacts are considered Wetland Impacts. The plans show 3800 sf of Wetland Impact, which is Fill, Excavation, and Mechanized Clearing added together (3800 sf = 0.09 ac). The 0.09 ac of impacts is correct. Bridge #68. Please see the following comments below and address as soon as possible: 1) 730067 - He has no issue with the design except for the numbers do not seem to correspond for wetland impacts. It appears that the numbers in the summary table do not match what are on the plan sheets. If you can take a look at that and verify which one is correct and revise accordingly he can go ahead and approve the permit. 2) 730068 - He has concerns with the proposed use of the existing ditch as treatment. If the existing ditch cross section meets the requirements for buffer treatment it can be counted in the column "actual length" on sheet 3 of 4 in the SMP. If the existing channel is modified to meet the treatment requirements it can be counted in the "actual column ". He is questioning the large amount of actual vs. recommended. Doesn't appear on the plans that we actually have the amount that is shown on the table. Please check these numbers and respond. Let me know if you need any clarification on the request above.
