NPDES permit NC0034711 is hereby rescinded, effective immediately. This message is to close the
permit file for the Division, and for your records.
If in the future you wish to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, you must first
apply for and receive a new NPDES permit.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the
only notification you will be sent regarding the permit rescission. No hard copy will be mailed.

As Roberto states, we would like to formally apply for the recission of NPDES Permit NC00437001. We cut over to the
Town of Harrisburg's Wastewater Collection System on August 10t" 2021 and the plant stopped discharging on the same
date. The final pump down occurred on September 23'd and the inspection occurred today. We anticipate demolishing
the former WWTP beginning next week, and the site will be restored as nearly as possible to the preexisting condition,
including mulch and seeding.

John Mahoney of Cedar Park has requested that the NPDES Permit NC0043711 be rescinded. An inspection of the
subject facility was conducted on 9/27/2021 @ 11:45 am to confirm plant closure.
It is confirmed that the Cedar Park, Mobile Home Park, has connected onto the Town of Harrisburg Wastewater
Collection System. The wastewater treatment plant has been pumped out of all solids and wastewater and is ready for
demolition.
In accordance with Part III Section D, Facility Closure Requirements; Wastewater treatment plant has been deactivated
and all activities requiring NPDES Permit NC0043711 has ceased. If you should have any further questions on this matter,
