The Barwell Road project include improvements to Barwell Road from Rock
Quarry Road to Berkley Lake Road, and includes the realignment of Pearl
Road in Raleigh, NC.The approximately 81.6-acre project study area
consists of multiple homes, businesses, small forested areas, municipal
buildings, and a few open water features.
