Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on September 30, 2021. The
following are items that need attention:
- SDOs and silt fence need maintenance.
- Remove piece of geotextile fabric from the stream directly below bridge (Northwest side).
- Remove sediment from ditch line leading to stream. (~11+00-12+00 RT)
- Gravel between silt fence and JS needs to be removed.(~14+00 RT)
- Material accumulated below bridge during TS Fred. Some material has been removed. Please consult with hydraulic
engineer to ensure capacity meets design.
