we did not meet... Cleveland County water has asked us to stop working on the EIS
until they meet with Shelby and work out some type of agreement that they will
provide them enough down stream flows to meet Shelby's water needs (if the
reservoir is built). I don't know if this will change anything.... They may meet
with the Colonel later .... The saga goes on....
