Ms. Asia Guyer was present during the inspection. The system appears to be operational and well maintained. The system is inspected and maintained twice per year by Water Management of Lenoir, North Carolina. The pumps were operational at the time of inspection; however, the floats were not manually tested as the chamber was bolted down. The chlorination and de-chlorination tubes had an appropriate number of tablets. Ms. Guyer said they regularly check the chambers and refill the tablets as needed. Ms. Guyer turned the pump on in order to observe the system discharging during the inspection. NCG551604 17 (Cont.)
