This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NCG550306. A summary of the findings and comments noted during the inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report. The Compliance Evaluation inspection was conducted by Division of Water Resources staff from the Asheville Regional Office. The system does not discharge. If the system begins to discharge in the future, annual sampling will need to be performed as required by the permit. The following deficiency was noted during the inspection: 1. Effluent Pipe: The discharge pipe could not be located during the inspection. The pipe is inaccessible during the summer due to a steep bank with heavy undergrowth. Mr. Giardi attempted to reach the pipe but was unsuccessful due to the rough terrain. He intends to send photographs of the pipe when the weather cools and it becomes safer to access. NCG550306 17 (Cont.)
