9. INVERT OF CULVERT 2B BURIED AND BLOCKED WITH SLIDE DEBRIS. TOP OF CULVERT
WAS CUT OUT 9-FT FROM PRE-SLIDE INLET LOCATION TO CONVEY STREAM FLOW AFTER
THE SLIDE. CURRENT CULVERT LENGTH CONVEYING FLOW IS 41-FT.
10. CULVERT 5 LOCATED IN THE SLIDE AREA. CULVERT INLET BURIED WITH SLIDE
DEBRIS AND NOT CURRENTLY CONVEYING STREAM FLOW. UNABLE TO MEASURE CULVERT
LENGTH AND SLOPE IN THE FIELD.
11. IMPACT LENGTHS MEASURED IN THE FIELD WITH 100-FT TAPE.
12. HEIGHT OF DAM FROM CREST TO DOWNSTREAM CHANNEL THALWEG IS
APPROXIMATELY 10.5 FT.
13. WIDTH OF DAM MEASURED FROM DOWNSTREAM TOE OF DAM TO ASSUMED UPSTREAM
TOE OF DAM. UPSTREAM TOE OF DAM BURIED WITH SEDIMENT.
14. DAM MATERIAL CONSISTS OF STACKED BOULDERS WITH A POND LINER.
15. SITE VISIT CONDUCTED ON MAY 21, 2013.
