This project was previously approved and received a 401 and 404.
The NC DOT then required a larger culvert be installed, this
increased the impact to the wetland of 0.011 acres. Since we are
honest people we reported this to Water Quality. The plans are
attached.
There must be some trouble with this form, there is no request date
for an office visit. I'll request September 8, 2021.
