NCDOT— PDEA and Division 11 have reviewed the CE Document to determine the cause of increased impacts after final design of the project.
Due to the lack of hydraulic design when the Document was completed, there are several sites where the CE did not adequately include the impact or the length
of impact to certain streams. In addition, there are four jurisdictional features that were not included in the Document. The Jurisdictional Determination visit for
this project was completed after the Document and additional features were included in the JD file.
Please see the attached Avoidance and Minimization measures that were incorporated on this project during design.
