R -3415 Site 1

At the monitoring report meeting last March, you inquired about the headcut that had formed between PP #1 and PP #2 on R -3415 Site 1. You wanted to know if
there was a cross -vane above the headcut. We monitored the site yesterday and yes there is a cross -vane just upstream from where the headcut had
formed. The headcut has now made its way up the cross -vane and the cross -vane has stopped the headcut. We will include this information along with a
picture is this year's monitoring report.
