The Inspector, Linda Wiggs, met with the Owner, Dan O'Kelley.
Mr. O'Kelley has the septic tanked pumped annually.
The effluent pipe was observed, but not discharging. We turned on the pumps that deliver
wastewater to the sandfilter in an effort to generate a discharge, however no discharge was
observed. Ms. Wiggs informed Mr. O'Kelley that he could sample from his contact chamber if
needed, in order to meet the annual sampling requirement.
The samples obtained by Mr. O'Kelley were compliant with permit limits.
Mr. O'Kelley keeps a logbook with good notation.
