This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NCG520024. A summary of the findings and comments noted during the inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report. The Compliance Evaluation inspection was conducted by Division of Water Resources staff from the Asheville Regional Office. The site was inactive during the inspection. Signage was noted at the site entrance, but was not present along work areas on the river. Streambanks were in stable condition and vegetated. The onsite settling basin was also stable and had been appropriately maintained. Semi-annual turbidity records for the site were not available at the time of inspection.
