Okay, I should have asked about that yesterday because that changes the recommendation—my apologies. Given that the
facility just wants to maintain outfall 2 as the representative outfall for outfall 3, and no changes to the facility/grounds
with respect to operations, activities or potential pollutants have occurred,you can submit the ROS Renewal Certification
Form using the Stormwater Upload Form on our website.

No ma'am, outfall 4 will serve solely to monitor potential contaminants from a new tanker containment pad which will
hit the drainage ditch downstream from the rest of our outfalls. We have had ROS for OF#2 to serve OF#3 for many
years. We just want that to continue.

Hey Barry,
I looked back through our files and found an old ROS approval from about a decade ago. I also saw that a new outfall was
added to account for the addition of a containment pad. Given the amount of time that's passed and the addition of the
new outfall, we recommend submitting a new ROS request and starting fresh. The link to the ROS Request Form can be

I am in the process of getting everything set up for our facility with the electronic reporting system. I have a question
about ROS renewal. All of the original documentation for our request for the current RO was electronic and has been
lost(Email migration). Do I submit a ROS renewal or is there something else I need to do to keep our RO?
