Highway Division 8 is reporting sediment losses at several locations on R-3421B.
The losses occurred during the same 6’ rain event of 9/21 to 9/22.

I will visit these sites along with the sites on R 3421A projects.

Art,
Following this week’s heavy rains, silt loss was found at several locations throughout the project. The contractor has all
project field personnel working to repair erosion devices and retrieve any silt loss through the weekend.
Station +/- 178+00 approximately 1.5 CY loss
Station +/- 217+00 approximately 2.0 CY loss
Station +/-225+00 approximately 1.5 Cy loss
