The inspection reports provided are not final close-out inspection reports. The report for project number
CLEVE-2020-008 specifically says: "While the site was compliant at the time of inspection, the permit cannot
close out until all portions of the site have reached sufficient density of permanent groundcover to restrain
erosion."
Until the site is permanently stabilized and can be closed out,the permit remains active and the annual fee must
be paid.
