2-Day Rain events: Storm runoff overwhelmed this skimmer basin and pushed silt beyond rock check at
end of the basin. This area is under fill and grading operations therefore there is a lot of open area and
bare dirt. Assuming all devices were working properly, the two rain events were large enough to move
material into the wooded area outside the LOD and deposits small dooms of material throughout. All
material was being retrieved by hand while on site and the contractor has agreed to enlarge this basin
and add a second tier for storage. New baffles, matting, and seeding will be completed next week. All
treelined perimeter devices will need to be repaired and where exposed dirt occurs, repair seeded,
mulched, and matted. Kim Whitley will report onsite on Monday, September 27, 2021,for monthly
inspection and cleanup review. Our office will report thereafter to for further compliance.

JS behind wooded area off site 13/13A release to meet outlet of culvert 2: (Please NOTE) Site 13 and
13A are not jurisdictional or sensitive areas, however, at this location, where the wooded area outlets
from site 13/A meets a JS that is shared with the outlet of culvert 2 from this project. Silt has deposited
along the right and left sides of the stream. Skim coats appear on both sides of the stream which may be
between 5 to 10-gallons (appx. up to 2, 5/gallon buckets). Cleanup efforts have begun (9/24/21)
whereas the contractor is to remove a skim coat, pockets of material, and any other silt-like material
from these areas and discard of properly by hand, using flat shovels and buckets. Coir fiber matting,
native seeding, and mulching is scheduled to take place over the weekend. A wattle barrier may be
needed at this draw to divert future runoff.

Repairs:The pockets of the silt-like skim coats have been retrieved and native seeded and coir fiber
matting has been installed before the end of the day Friday, September 24t", 2021. A wattle barrier
along the edge of the matting will likely be installed today(9/27/21)to divert further runoff at this draw
on the lower side as well as continued maintenance throughout the project.
