Mr. Melonas,
I just wanted to touch base and make you aware that we found one oversight in the renewed permit.
The pH limit from the previous permit was inadvertently left out of the draft and renewed permit. This
limit should remain in the permit. I will work toy get a corrected permit issued to you as soon as I can. I
am sorry for this oversight.

Oh was it? If so, that is an oversight — pH limits should be in there if they were in the last permit.

Subject: Question on Lake Powhathan WWTP Renewal - NCO020478
Hey Brianna,
Hope things are going okay for you. I had one quick question on this renewal. Is there a reason that
isn't outlined in the fact sheet that the pH limit isn't in the permit? Maybe this is just an oversight but i
thought I'd check and see if there was some reason it was being removed. Charles caught this when
issuing the permit.
Thanks

The permit has been issued in BIMS. You left out the pH limit in the effluent table, so you'll need to send them a
corrected effluent page.
Unless they don't need a pH limit any more. The fact sheet didn't mention that it was to be removed.
Anyway, feel free to QA/QC what's in BIMS.
