The Wilmington Regional Office received a revised Stormwater submittal for Snug Harbor at
Covil Estates on November 4, 1993. Based on our review of the revised project plans and information,
we have determined that the revision complies with the Stormwater regulations set forth in Title 15A
NCAC 2H.1003. This Certification is a revision of the ones issued on August 24, 1993 and October 12,
1993. All conditions and terms of the previously issued Certifications remain in effect except as herein
provided:
1. The 88 lots in Snug Harbor will be limited to 3,950 _square feet of impervious area. The
built -upon area for the remaining 42 lots in Key Colony will remain at 3,510 square feet.

DEED RESTRICTIONS AND PROTECTIVE COVENANTS
By my signature below, I certify that the recorded deed restrictions and protective covenants for this project
shall limit the allowable built -upon area per lot to 3950 square feet inclusive of right-of-way,
structures, pavement, walkways or patios of brick, stone, or slate, not including wood decking, state that
the covenants will be binding on all parties and persons claiming under them, that they will run with the
land, and that benefits may be enforced by the State of North Carolina, therefore, the covenant cannot be
changed or deleted without consent of the State.
