The Wilmington Regional received a revised Stormwater submittal for Covil Estates, Phase I on
October 12, 1993. Based on our review of the revised project plans and information, we have determined
that the revision complies with the Stormwater regulations set forth in Title 15A NCAC 2H.1003(a)(2).
This Certification is a revision of the one issued to you on August 24, 1993. All conditions and terms
of that previously issued Certification remain in effect. The revision consists of additional piping between
Long Boat Circle and Largo Circle, releasing the runoff into a 100' grassed swale.

ARTICLE VII
Amendment: These Articles shall not be amended without the
approval of at least two thirds (2/3) of the lot owners.
ARTICLE VIII
pjagglution: The Corporation may be dissolved with the
assent given in writing and signed by not less than two-thirds
(2/3) of each class of members. Upon dissolution of the
corporation, other than incident to a merger or consolidation, the
assets shall be dedicated to an appropriate public agency to be
used for purposes similar to those for which this Corporation was
created. In the event that such dedication is refused acceptance,
such assets shall be granted, conveyed and assigned to any
nonprofit corporation, association, trust or other organization to
be devoted to such similar purposes.
