The proposed 8" sewer lines serving the development will tie into an existing sewer main in the southern portion of the property. Approximately 1,600 linear feet of new 8-inch sewer mains with 56 new services will connect to the existing 10" main to serve the subdivision. Lots 1-6 will be served by the existing sewer main in Camel Street. The sewer system was designed in accordance with NCDEQ's Gravity Sewer Minimum Design Criteria and the Town of Clayton's standards and specifications. Construction is expected to begin in July 2021.
