Dear Mr. Bray,
Enclosed please find a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection Report
for the inspection we conducted at the Craftwork Guild Plant on September 22,
2021. Please note that in the stormwater inspection report summary we ask that the
Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and site map be updated by
January 14, 2022. In addition, locate all outfalls and begin monitoring from each
outfall per the permit. Submit to the Mooresville Regional Office a completed
monitoring record for each outfall by January 14, 2022.
