Inspection Summary:
The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and related documentation was complete including employee training
records, monitoring records, and the annual certification. The facility appeared well operated and maintained. All outfalls
were closed and locked. Stormwater does not discharge from the site, all stormwater enters the wastewater treatment plant.
