I. Public Notice;Water Quality Certification for Westpoint; DWR#20210224v.1; Durham County
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on September 17, 2021 Westpoint (7208 Falls of Neuse Rd
Ste.102, Raleigh, NC 27615) applied to the NC Division of Water Resources(DWR)for a 401
Individual Water Quality Certification, pursuant to Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act and
Title 15A NCAC 02H .0500.The activity for which this certification is sought regards Residential
Development.The DWR's proposed date of final action on the application is October 28, 2021.
Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5
p.m. on October 28, 2021. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public
Notice Comment Form here: https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/401 Public Notice Comments.
Written comments may also be mailed to:401 Permitting, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC,
27699-1617.
The application is available online. Information for accessing the application/project information

The application is also available at the Residential Development Office of the DWR and may be
inspected with an appointment between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday,excluding State
