Plan is to permit and develop the final two phases of Friendship
Station (Phases 5-6). Phases 1-4 and an associated sewer line were
permitted in 2020 (see 401 permit # above). Phases 5-6 will incur
additional stream and wetland impacts that will viewed as cumulative
to the prior approved impacts. A pre -application call was held with
USACE on 3/15/2021 to discuss the permitting process. It is believed
that the final phases will still fall under current NWP and General
WQC thresholds.
