Thanks for the heads up on the Nationwide Permit number issue for the FLS Energy - Battleground Solar Farm Site. I
certainly have no problem with, or objection to, changing the requested NWP# to 39 in order to avoid the DWQ

Received this project yesterday and am in the throes of setting it up. You've noted the project as a NW51 which Division
of Water Resources does not have a designation for. Jennifer Burdette, who took Ian's place, is going to call Dave Brown
of the USACE in Asheville to see if the project could be permitted under a NW39. If it remains as a NW51, then it'd have
to be bumped to an Individual Permit.
