Isaiah,
Stormwater sampling conducted on 9/21/2021 resulted in a pH value of 5.7 at Outfall 002. This value is below
the benchmark value of 6-9 as listed in Table 2 of the General Permit and requires notification to the Division's
Regional Office via email (or by an electronic form, which is not yet available) within two weeks of the
sampling event. Please accept this as a formal report of the benchmark exceedance and let me know if there is
any additional information you need as we identify and evaluate potential possible causes of the benchmark
exceedance.
