The City of Durham Public Works Department is administering a contract for stabilization
of stream banks of unnamed tributatries of Third Fork Creek. These unnamed tributaries
are in an active floodplain and pose an imminent threat to the adjacent City infrastructure
such as the greenway trail and sanitary sewer. I have previously discussed this project
with Martin Richmond and Cherri Smith.
