Construction of this project may proceed in accordance with the Town of Mooresville's Land
Development Design Standards, approved plans and approved specifications. Any deviation from
the approved plans or approved specifications shall be subject to the Town of Mooresville review
and approval. This Authorization to Construct is valid for 24 months from the date below.

THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE FIRST PHASE OF DEVELOPMENT OF 4 TRACTS TOTALING 4.5 ACRES LOCATED ON WILLIAMSON ROAD (PARCEL NUMBERS 4647357441, 4647356269, 4647355199, 4647355100) IN MOORESVILLE, NC. ALL
EXISTING BUILDINGS, INCLUDING FOUNDATIONS, PORCHES, WALKS, ETC. SHALL BE DEMOLISHED. ACCESS TO THE SITE WILL BE PROVIDED BY A NEW DRIVEWAY ON WILLIAMSON ROAD. PROPOSED ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDE A
NEW SIGNAL (SEE PLANS BY OTHERS) AND DEDICATED TURN LANES AT THE INTERSECTION. PROPOSED SITE IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDE: CLEARING, GRADING, EROSION CONTROL, STORM DRAINAGE, UTILITIES, CURBING, PAVING,
LANDSCAPING, ETC. A TOWN OF MOORESVILLE WATER MAIN WILL BE EXTENDED TO PROVIDE WATER TO THE SITE. SEWER IS PROVIDED BY A TOWN OF MOORESVILLE GRAVITY SEWER LINE AT THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY. THE PROPERTY IS
IN THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE ZONING JURISDICTION, ZONED CMX.
