treetsent facilities', at the Sugar Creek Wastewater Tre atr ent Plant.

responsible charge to hoL a valid Oradea IV Certificate.
This Authorisation to Construct shall be subject to revocation unless the
wastewater treatment facilities are constructed in accordance with the conditions.;
and limitations specified in Permit No. NC0024937.
One (1) seat of plans and specifications is being forwarded to the Environmental
Prot eestioia Agency for review. Upon review and approval of the plena and specifications,
the Environmental Protection Agency will advise Charlotte -Mecklenburg Utility Depart-
ment v_ien to advertise for bide to construct this project.
One (1) set of approved plans and ea .. cificatione is being forwarded to the
Mecklenburg County Health Departmaerxt.
