The facility was found to be compliant with permit #WQ0034386. Below is the findings and observations made during the inspection. The Patrone 522 purple paint for the piping of the reclaimed water pump at the La Grange WWTP was severely faded and appeared white. This issue was discussed with the ORC and the piping was repainted the same day as the inspection. Sites A, B and C looked to be good overall condition and no issues were observed with the fields. The reuse facility has not been used since 09/2020. The 09/2020 NDMR report was also spot checked with no discrepancies between lab data and the 09/2020 report.
