Ms. McClellan,
On August 16, 2021, the Division of Water Resources received your application requesting a 401 Water Quality
Certification from the Division for the subject project. The Division has determined that your application is incomplete
and cannot be processed. The application is on -hold until the following information is received:
1. Provide a detailed site plan showing property boundaries and proposed locations of vegetation clearing,
structures (buildings, retaining walls, docks, impervious surfaces, etc.) rip rap, excavation or dredging below Full
Pond/Normal Water Level elevations, and construction access corridors. Please use the attached diagram, which
may also be found at the following link

Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(e), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the
proper consideration of the application. Please provide your response by September 29, 2021. If all of the requested
information is not received, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be denied as incomplete.
The denial of this project will necessitate reapplication to the Division for approval, including complete application and
the appropriate fee.
