Mr. Davidson,

This letter is in response to your 8-30-21 letter to Mountaintop Community Association
attached.

Per your letter the 6-23-21 BOD sample exceeded the daily limit of 15 mg/L with a 16.4
mg/L, which resulted in a violation for the monthly limit of 10 mg/L with a 12.4 mg/L
result. The operator noted the diffusers were cleaned on the aeration basin to allow more
air flow to the aeration. We collected an additional BOD within limits but now low
enough to lower the monthly average. As you know a daily maximum cannot be
corrected by further sampling.
